INTRODUCTION:
In late 1998 Madhu Pandit das found out about the unimaginable criminal history of the self-proclaimed ISKCON Gurus and their’ hiding and covering it for over 2 decades. He and devotees of ISKCON Bangalore were horrified. It was a paradigm shift that came into their lives. It was a trauma. In March of 1999, Madhu Pandit started a court case as a plaintiff to defend Bangalore Temple from ISKCON Gurus Mafia and their hijacked and controlled institutions, trusts and organizations.
Madhu Pandit das, the temple president of ISKCON Bangalore, had to act quickly at the legal arena to protect devotees at ISKCON Bangalore from ISKCON Gurus and their followers.
The times were in a state of chaos and grate disturbance due to ISKCON Gurus raiding yet another ISKCON temple in Calcutta with brute force.
He wanted to appeal to the world wide ISKCON Community for the justice, and he wanted to COOPERATE with the rest of the society with peace and understanding.
Madhu Pandit approached the whole legal case in an alternative peace-making compromise setting way to give everyone time to think. In India, litigation may take many years to come to a conclusion. He hoped that the world wide devotee community will come to understand his pleas.
He presented himself as ‘a representative’ of ISKCON Bangalore Branch of ISKCON Mumbai in hopes that eventually the whole case will be settled out of court in a respectful Vaishnava/Devotee-like manner.
Initially he claimed that ISKCON Gurus/GBC can not remove him from ISKCON Bangalore ‘branch’ of ISKCON Mumbai just because he and all of the devotes at ISKCON Bangalore do not agree with their manufactured Guru doctrines anymore.
The deep-rooted problem was ISKCON Mumbai has been hijacked and run by bogus ISKCON Gurus since 3 decades ago. This all started to become more and more obviously crystal clear.
Madhu Pandit das and Bangalore devotees spent many years building Bangalore Temple, while Jayapataka Swami (then the Guru good as God) would come to visit only once a year to collect donations and then fly away. Those were the days of powerful spells, black magic and deceit done by ISKCON Gurus to control their followers. Very sinister indeed. The Guru Business.
Madh Pandit was one of the few temple presidents who had courage to stand up against bogus ISKCON gurus.
ISKCON Gurus relentlessly started attacking, and are still attacking without a compromise. Trying to find any possible fault with Madhu Pandit and devotees at ISKCON Bangalore.
To the credit of Madhu Pandit and devotees of ISKCON Bangalore, in spite of vicious attacks from ISKCON Gurus and their followers wasting tones of money, they were still able to initiate and expend Akshaya Patra (2000) mid day meal program that is presently feeding 1 million children every day. The whole project under Madhu Pandit’s leadership escalated exponentially during the times of heavy legal struggles.
At times of havoc in 1999, Madhu Pandit, who under the pressure of the violent events, his life’s paradigm shift shock, as well as not being savvy into technicalities of law, from a ‘spiritual’ standpoint still considered ISKCON Bangalore to be a branch of ISKCON Mumbai.
He thought them and accepted them to be ‘spiritually’ connected as branches of Lord Chaitanya’s Sankirtan Movement. So he approached the case in this way.
As discovered time later by an attorney, ISKCON Bangalore, as a corporation, was registered as a completely different entity from ISKCON Mumbai under Karnataka Societies Act in 1978.
The only ‘mistake’ Madhu Pandit made was that he did not go with the full force into the legal fight without a compromise. He did not have time to prepare properly on the eve of violent ‘temple raids’ done by ISKCON Gurus in India, and due to his own ‘illusion’ (one of the defects of a human being) did not say up front that ‘materially’ ISKCON Bangalore is a completely different society/corporation from ISKCON Mumbai just as Hotel Oberoi is completely different from Hotel Taj. They have nothing in common with each other except their first name.
To clarify that ‘illusion’ all of the devotees at ISKCON Bangalore along with their congregation went to the court and presented all legal documents proving ISKCON Bangalore to be an altogether different registered corporation/entity from ISKCON Mumbai. They said that Madhu Pandit, who under the pressure of time and circumstances presented himself as he did, has no rights to ‘give’ them (ISKCON Bangalore) to ISKCON Mumbai just as the Prime Minister of India has no rights to ’give’ India to Pakistan.
THE LEGAL FIGHT IS STILL ON over the past 10 years.

“On Consideration of the materials on record, I have come to the conclusion that the plaintiff [ISKCON Bangalore] which is a separate legal entity has produced materials which prima facie show that it has been in existence as a legal entity since more than 20 years and it has got right to maintain and administer its properties. After all and in spite of all peace negotiations past and recent ones Bangalore devotees tried to offer, finally these devotees decided they do not want anything to do anymore with pedophiles, psychopaths, pirates and poison-givers as self-proclaimed Gurus posing in the garbs of saints and claiming to be God’s Chosen on earth while deceiving countless innocent souls and doing unimaginable crimes and multi-billion business scams in the name of Religion.
For these rouges in human society there is no law that their money can’t buy.
