Jayadwaita Swami aka Swami J aka Mr. Jay Israel is an elected ISKCON Guru/GBC and one of the suspects in the poisoning of the Founder Acharya and the Guru of ISKCON, Srila Prabhupada. Immediately after the Founder’s departure Swami J started changing his books (interpolating his ‘VANI’ or WORDS). With the help of his lawyers Swami J was able to hijack Srila Prabhupada’s BBT(Bhaktivedanta Book Trust) and transfer the copyrights and funds to a shadow corporation, cleverly named BBTI (Bhaktivedanta Book Trust International). He is a BBTI trustee with no transparency or accountability of the Trust for the past 3 decades. As a GBC, Swami J is one of many accused in ISKCON’s Child Abuse case. He is also the leader amongst ISKCON Gurus viciously attacking Akshaya Patra with his ‘Food For Death’ seminars.
Swami J has the following to confess about himself and other ISKCON gurus:
“FACT: ISKCON gurus in good standing have fallen. FACT: The ISKCON GBC has supported even fallen gurus and tried to paper over their falldowns. FACT: ISKCON gurus have opposed, oppressed and driven out many sincere godbrothers and godsisters. FACT: ISKCON gurus have usurped and misused money, and diverted other ISKCON resources for their own personal prestige and sense gratification. FACT: ISKCON gurus have had illicit sexual intercourse with both women and men, and possibly children as well. FACT: Some ISKCON gurus still in good standing have had such serious personal difficulties that the GBC has been obliged to suspend them from initiating. FACT: Other ISKCON gurus have snapped back into line only after "narrow misses." FACT: ISKCON gurus recently led a movement advocating a premature and inappropriate emphasis on rasika-bhakti. On November 13th 1998, the unfortunate 21st Anniversary of Srila Prabhupada’s Poisoning, Swami J in-acted a vicious litigation in the U.S, to allow him and other ‘trustees’ to continue the altering of the Founder Acharayas books. A conjoint public statement has been made by Swami J (BBTI trustee) and Gupta das, aka Joseph Fedorowsky (lawyer) after their ‘private’ negotiations:
“The BBTI -[vs.] Hansadutta court case is over... the devotees involved were able to settle the matter without need of a trial. On November 13, the devotees appeared before the judge and placed their settlement on record, thus putting their legal dispute to an end.
Meanwhile, devotee attorneys who opposed one another in the case will work together to study how best to take advantage of the two legal units--the BBT and the BBTI--to serve Srila Prabhupada's desires. Gupta Dasa (who served as the attorney on Hansadutta's side of the case) will work on this with Amarendra Dasa (who served on the ISKCON side). ... Another part of the settlement is a liberal licensing arrangement that allows for cooperative publishing. ... The resolution of this lawsuit, a case full of emotionally and spiritually charged issues, called for a great deal of personal, emotional and spiritual healing between the devotees involved.”

About a month earlier before those ‘private’ negotiations took place, Swami J lost big time to Mr. Fedorowsky aka Gupta das at the California Superior Court:

So, why is the lawyer (the winner), Mr. Fedorowsky, stressing the importance of following ‘the clear instructions of Srila Prabhupada as expressed in the BBT Agreement’ but instead, in reality, he is conjointly negotiating the settlement with Swami J (for his own personal gain) who does everything in his capacity to not follow Srila Prabhupada’s BBT Agreement?
So, what was the need for negotiations if Mr. Fedorowsky already ‘won’ the case?
The reason being Mr. Fedorowsky got minimum half a million in US currency form the ‘private’ negotiations with the plaintiffs.
“ Fedorowsky sued his former client, the disciple and several others for his fees and was awarded more than $300,000 by an arbitration panel. At the time of the stipulation, he was still owed $92,000. He stipulated that by taking the $100,000 and applying it to his client’s legal bill without the investor’s express authorization, he breached his fiduciary duty.”

Mr. Fedorowsky is also a lawyer who is helping Jayadvaita Swami and other defendants to fight against molested children in ISKCON’s Child Abuse case. Please, read carefully his ‘technical’ language below. Determine for your self which side he is on. Is he really helping the Abused Children of Krishna or is he helping those who abused and helped cover up all the atrocities in-acted on the children? Considering the fact that the ‘Tort’ fund is less than 3% of the original claimant amount and that there are about only 600 Krishna’s children that signed up for the claim, then individually each Gurukuli kid gets about $15,833. Peanuts.
And how much did the lawyer get after the ‘private’ negotiations with the defendants?
Even better. How much money did the defendants save up with their ‘scapegoat’ idea devised by their intelligent lawyer, the benevolent ‘tort’ fund? The intelligent way of distracting attention from the real issue.
“The decision to reach out and compensate every child was made in spite of the fact that the dominant legal view two years ago was that ISKCON could prevail in the Texas state litigation on technical grounds at a cost which would have been substantially less than creating a tort fund for all Gurukulis.”
“The second feature is that a substantial portion of the tort fund will be made up of voluntarily contributions by non debtor individuals, organizations and temples. The fund would have been much smaller had it been based solely on the liquidation value of the ISKCON debtors who filed for bankruptcy protection.”

Here the JOSEPH FEDOROWSKY is saying that it is due to the mercy of ISKCON debtor Gurus that Abused Children got any compensation whatsoever. This is yet another good solid kick in the face of the abused children. And this one was broadcasted via TV news agencies.
Mafia Gurus and their lawyers; in human society there is no law, justice or ‘protection’ that their money can’t buy.
